For Immigration matters, Matt is available to help clients around the country, including clients outside the U.S. looking to move to anywhere in the U.S. Because immigration is a national practice, licensure is only required in one U.S. jurisdiction. For other legal matters, such as civil rights, discrimination, and criminal defense, Matt is licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota. For some immigration matters, you might also want a local attorney who can help you with, for instance, your marriage-based or naturalization interview. Matt will be happy to either help you, or recommend someone who will provide you good service.
